PLAYMOBIL-FunPark Rules

Dear Children, Parents and Carers

The FunPark team would like to welcome you most warmly to the PLAYMOBIL-FunPark in Zirndorf.

We have done all we can so you and your children can have a wonderful time here together playing with our PLAYMOBIL. To ensure that all runs smoothly, we kindly ask that as well as showing consideration to others in general, you also observe and abide by the following General Terms and Conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions constitute a component of the user contract between geobra Brandstätter Stiftung & Co. KG, Brandstätter Straße 2-10, 90513 Zirndorf, which operates the FunPark (hereinafter referred to as ‘PLAYMOBIL’) and the respective visitor entered into upon obtaining an entrance ticket.

1. ENTRY

2. PET POLICY

Dogs and other animals are not to be brought into the FunPark. The admittance staff will allow an exception if evidence is provided that a guide dog is necessary for people with disabilities.

3. WATER AND PLAY AREAS

Please do not climb over barriers, especially around construction sites. Swimming and jumping into the pirate lake, jungle ruins and paddle boat areas are not permitted.

4. SCOOTERS, BALANCE BIKES, TRICYCLES & OTHER VEHICLES

For safety reasons, scooters, balance bikes, tricycles and other vehicles are not permitted in the park. However, you do have the option of handing in these items on site for safekeeping.

If despite taking in these items, damage is caused to or by them, PLAYMOBIL accepts no liability. Under such circumstances the persons in charge of the children or the parents will be responsible for any damage caused as a result.

5. FILM AND PHOTOGRAPHS FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES

The PLAYMOBIL-FunPark occasionally produces films and/or photos of the general operations of the FunPark. These areas are marked to the extent possible. Please avoid these areas if you do not wish that photos or recordings of your person are later used in public or inform the photographer/film team of this. If you do not do so, we will assume that use is granted free of charge.

You are permitted to take photos and video recordings for private purposes if other guests are not thereby adversely affected or disturbed. Professional photo and film recordings with the intent to use them commercially are, however, permitted only with prior written permission.

6. SMOKING/ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES/ CANNABIS / NARCOTICS

In the interests of our young visitors, we request that you refrain from smoking anywhere in the park. If you are not able to do this, then please limit your smoking to the designated smoking areas and make sure that you use the ashtrays there.

Due to the current legal situation regarding cannabis, we would like to point out that the consumption of cannabis in the immediate presence of persons who have not yet reached the age of 18 is prohibited. The public consumption of cannabis is also prohibited on children's playgrounds and in children's facilities and within sight of them. Visibility is understood to mean a distance of more than 100 meters from the entrance area of the aforementioned facilities. In order to ensure a safe and protected stay for our underage visitors in our PLAYMOBIL-FunPark, we prohibit any use of cannabis within the PLAYMOBIL-FunPark. Further information on the new Cannabis Act can be found on the website of the Federal Ministry of Health (Questions and Answers on the Cannabis Act - BMG (bundesgesundheitsministerium.de)).

In addition, we expressly prohibit the carrying and use of other narcotics within the meaning of the BtMG in our PLAYMOBIL-FunPark.

Visitors must unreservedly follow the instructions issued by the security service; otherwise entry will be denied.

The security service is authorised to refuse entry to the grounds to persons who represent a security risk.

The same applies to persons who refuse to permit searches of their items of clothing and bags brought in. The security service is also authorised to confiscate such items that are not in compliance with the above paragraph (drugs, weapons, etc.).

Thank you very much for your cooperation and for observing the FunPark rules!

We hope you and your family enjoy your visit.
