What can I do if I have lost something in the park?

Please ask our staff at the information desk in the HOB-center or in the shop, they will help you to find lost things. If you find anything in the park, please bring it to the information desk.

If you recognize at home that something is missing, please send us an email: funpark@playmobil.de

Are there special areas for toddlers?

The PLAYMOBIL-FunPark is perfect for children between 3 and 10 years. But there are also special areas for toddlers. In the indoor area you can find several corners with PLAYMOBIL 1.2.3 toys for children under 3 years.

The whole park is easily accessible with a buggy or pram. There are different nappy-changing rooms and a mother-child-room in the HOB-Center.

How to behave in case of a wasp bite?

Please contact our staff immediately!

In the park there are more than 50 wasp traps – little tanks with a special attractant to catch the wasps. Although we empty the dust bins regularly, please be careful while standing next to them.

Is the attraction also open in winter?

No, this attraction is only open during the main season. The entire outdoor area is closed for the winter season.

This is what active kids love: Climb up to dizzy heights and go down the slide - it’s time to go all out on the Slide Slope!
