Where do I get some information sheets or flyers?

At the entrance you can get our information sheet and a map of the park. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask our staff at the service center in the shop and in the HOB-Center.

Where do I find help?

Our trained staff will help you with first aid. There are first aid rooms indoor and also in the park.

Accessibility

All areas of the park are accessible with wheelchairs. If you need help, please contact our friendly staff.

Disabled people with corresponding ID receive 1 € discount of the current season’s admission fee.

At the service center you can hire a wheelchair for free (deposit € 50).

A special map is available, helping guests to find their way around and to discover the park on the best route with a wheelchair.

The PLAYMOBIL FunPark was tested for accessibility and classified according to the criteria of the nationwide label "Reisen für alle". Further information on the certification is available here.

In addition to the disabled parking spaces in the multi-storey car park, there are 3 further parking spaces along Brandstätterstraße.

How to behave in case you lost your child?

In case you miss your child, stay calm and contact our staff. They can do an announcement via loudspeaker. We also offer special bracelets to write your phone number on it and put around the arm of your child. They are available at the entrance and at the service center.

Is the attraction also open in winter?

No, this attraction is only open during the main season. The entire outdoor area is closed for the winter season.

Knights tournament area

The knights tournament area near the great knight's castle is where exiting games take place.

Here, all the young knights can put their bravery to the test during a children's knights' tournament. Spectators gather around the action area on the grandstand and can cheer on their favourites from there. The awnings provide pleasant shade even on hot days, so if you work up a sweat it must be due to the exciting games!

It's Hot Dog Time

For a small snack in between you can get freshly prepared hot dogs with

various dips at the hot dog booth right next to the lion knight’s
castle.
