Please note:
Admission to the FunPark only possible with valid online ticket!
- The FunPark outdoor area will be closed once it becomes dark.
- Children under 3 years of age are admitted free of charge (verification required). Even for our very small guests it is necessary to book a free zero price ticket.
- Admission to the PLAYMOBIL FunPark is only possible with a valid online day ticket.
- Offer for winter birthday children: Children up to 16 years of age who had their birthday between November 4th, 2024 and April 6th, 2025 can visit the FunPark once free of charge between April 28th and May 4th, 2025. Please note that a zero price ticket and valid proof of age is required to get free entry.
- Birthday girls and boys of any age are admitted free of charge on their birthday (verification required). Children up to 16 years also receive a little surprise. The offer is not valid for our Mini Golf. Please note that a zero price ticket must also be booked online. This needs to be presented at the cash desk together with the proof.
- Persons with handicapped ID (characteristic B) receive reduced admission. Admission is free for persons if characteristic aG, H and BI applies. Accompanying persons of people with handicapped ID are always admitted free of charge. (online ticket required in each case)
- Mondays: Admission free of charge for senior citizens aged 60 years and over (verification required). (Please note: Offer not valid during snoozing time, winter season, during Bavarian school holidays and on public holidays). Please also remember to book the free zero price ticket.
- Groups of 10 or more full-paying persons receive a € 1,- reduction on the respective seasonal price (not during the winter season).
- A combination of discounts is not possible.
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Last admission 1 hour before the park closes. For safety reasons, parts of the outdoor area, Mini Golf and Action Park may be closed due to weather conditions (cold, frost, storm etc.).
- Gastronomy opening and closing times may vary depending on visitor numbers.
- The PLAYMOBIL-FunPark is specially designed for families with children. Please do not smoke or vape within the park, except in designated smoking areas.
- Animals are not allowed in the park.
- The usage of tricycles, training bikes, scooters and other vehicles is not allowed.
- We do not offer cooling facilities for food and medicines.
Closing days and special opening hours during the winter season 2024/2025
- FunPark closed on: 24/25/26/31.12.2024 and 01.01.2025.
- From Monday 27.01.2025 - Thursday 30.01.2025 the HOB Centre will be completely closed due to an internal event. The ice rinks & the climbing garden are open from 10 AM - 6 PM (except 29 January).
- On Wednesday, 29 January 2025, the entire FunPark will close at 5 PM.
